Kasabay nito, binigyang-diin ng post na si Gutierrez ay kabilang sa mga bumoto upang ideklarang “sufficient in substance” ang mga impeachment complaint laban kay Vice President Sara Duterte.

May ilang bahagi ng claim na may nakikitang public trace. Sa House records snippet, lumilitaw si Rodge Gutierrez bilang miyembro ng Committee on Appropriations sa 19th Congress. Mahalaga ito dahil ang komiteng iyon ang humahawak sa mga usaping may kinalaman sa pambansang paggasta at budget. Hiwalay pa rito, may media report ding nagsabing si Gutierrez ay naging House Deputy Majority Leader noong 2025.
