Nagbigay-linaw sina Senador Panfilo Lacson at Senador Alan Peter Cayetano kaugnay ng isyu ng pagdadala ng isang indibidwal sa International Criminal Court, partikular sa konteksto ng mga usaping inuugnay kay dating Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte.

Sa isang talakayan, ipinaliwanag ni Lacson na ayon sa Rome Statute, hindi maaaring basta-basta arestuhin ang isang tao at agad itong ipadala sa ICC nang hindi dumadaan sa tamang legal na proseso.
